Over the past year, our CIC has made a meaningful impact on the local community by providing consistent spaces for growth, connection, and empowerment. Through our free monthly Fight Club boxing sessions, men and boys have developed not only physical strength but also confidence and discipline. Our open Q and A forums on life, faith, and wellbeing have fostered honest dialogue and mutual support, helping individuals navigate personal challenges with renewed hope. In addition, we’ve hosted two free motivational and self-help events in our town, offering inspiration, practical guidance, and warm hospitality with complimentary food and refreshments, strengthening community bonds and uplifting spirits.
The company's stakeholders are residents of our local town and neighbouring areas also including visitors to the region. During our events we ask attendees to fill in a questionnaire asking what educational topics they are skilled or have knowledge/expertise in that could help benefit other people and areas in which expertise from others could help them for example - could they benefit from learning basic maths, could they help others with learning IT skills etc. We have had great responses and from this we are working on an online platform to deliver basic courses of learning in various areas like those mentioned above - we are seeking for this to be accredited and certified to help beneficiaries add it to their CVs obtain jobs etc.
