The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 May 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 May 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the Board of Directors and authorised for issue on 5 November 2025 and were signed on its behalf by:

1.	COMPANY STATUS AND TRUSTEE ARRANGEMENTS

RWA EOT Trustee Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee and incorporated in

England and Wales. The company does not have share capital. Each of the members is liable to

contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the company in the event of liquidation.

The registered office is Church View Chambers, 38 Market Square, Toddington, Bedfordshire, United

Kingdom, LU5 6BS.

The company was dormant (within the definition of section 480(1) of the Companies Act 2006)

throughout the period ended 31st May 2025.

While the company was dormant and has not traded during the year, it has acted in certain

transactions as trustee. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure in relation to

these transactions and therefore made neither a profit nor a loss.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

3.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the period was NIL.

4.	ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The company is controlled by its members, who are also the directors of the company as set out on

page 1.
