2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to micro-entities under the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105.

Other accounting policies
The accounts are prepared on a going-concern basis under the historical-cost convention.

All expenditure incurred by the director prior to and following incorporation in establishing and operating the company has been recognised as a director’s loan, repayable on demand but not expected to be settled within twelve months of the balance-sheet date.
