1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024: 1).

3.	Directors advances credits At the yearend 30/06/2025, the director was owed £747.89 from the company. This loan is unsecured, interest free and has no set repayment date.
