The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 2).
Additional Disclosures
These are the first financial statements prepared under FRS 105 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime). The transition from FRS 102 has resulted in the derecognition of deferred tax balances previously recognised. The effect of this change was to increase the opening reserves by £368.
