1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 4 (2023: 4 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

There are no director's advances, credits or guarantees requiring disclosure.

For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
