Description of the Transaction: Ffwrnes Pizza Cyf provided a loan to Gorllewin Pizza Cyf, a company under common ownership and control. The closing balance of the loan as at 31 July 2025 was £80,000 (31 July 2024: £100,000). The loan is interest-free, and is repayable on demand. No guarantees or security have been provided in relation to this loan.
