These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. As at 30 June 2025 the company had net liabilities due to amounts owed to related parties, which is repayable on demand. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the forseeable future due to the related parties providing financial support for the company as necessary.
