2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105. Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost. No depreciation has been charged in the period. The company is registered for VAT; turnover and expenses are stated net of VAT. No VAT asset or liability existed at the balance sheet date.
