Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies
The company owns 1 investment property for rental purposes.
The property has a committed tenant, under a lease commencing on the 27th of August 2024, for a term of three years to 26th of August 2027. The lease includes a tenant only break option, exercisable at any time with six months written notice.
At the 30th of April 2025, the company is entitled to receive a minimum of £22,500 in future lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases, reflecting the six-month notice period under the break clause.
All operating lease contracts contain market review clauses in the event that the lessee exercises its option to renew. The lessee does not have an option to purchase the property at the expiry of the lease period.

Transition note
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standards applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' in conformity with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.
The financial statements for prior periods were prepared in accordance with FRS 102 1A 'The Financial Reporting Standards applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' in conformity with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.
The date of transition to FRS 105 was 1 May 2023. The effect on the financial statements is as follows:
Decrease in deferred tax liability: £1,263
Decrease in tangible fixed assets: £253 208
Decrease in revaluation reserve; £264,278
Increase in retained profits: £12,333
There was no effect to the prior Profit and Loss account nor the company's current taxation.
Brady Fabrications Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 3 Cummings Close, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX3 8ND.
For the year ended 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
