| 8. | TRANSACTIONS WITH DIRECTORS |
| At the 30th August 2024, P and C Davis owed the company £204,956 (31st August 2023: P and C Davis were owed £72,661 by the company). |
| During the period the company supplied construction service to the Directors totalling £67,093.55. These services were provide at cost. At the balance sheet date, the company held the legal title to land and property know as Broomfield Farm, Swindon. The company holds part of that land on bare trust for the Directors, effective 11th March 2022. Only the land and buildings beneficially owned by the company are recognised as assets on the balance sheet of the company. |
