General information |

Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
The presentation currency of the financial statements is Pound Sterling (£). All monetary amounts are rounded to the nearest £.
Going Concern
At 28 February 2025 the company had net liabilities of £9,594 (2024: £6,354). The director has considered the position of the company with respect to its obligations to ensure the business can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and confirms his approval to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the accounts.
