1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2024: 0).

LADDEN GARDEN VILLAGE CLARK DRIVE APARTMENT BLOCKS MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED (12464974) is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is Unit 1, 2 And 3 Beech Court, Wokingham Road, Hurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG10 0RQ, United Kingdom.

For the period ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 28 February 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
