3.Off-Balance Sheet Arrangements
The company acts as trustee for an Italian trust holding eight properties contributed by Italian resident individuals. The properties are not recognised as the company’s own assets as they are held in a fiduciary capacity on behalf of the trust. The company holds fiduciary funds related to any income generated by the properties, which are reported in the balance sheet as liabilities due to the trust beneficiaries. As at 28 February 2025, the aggregate value of the properties held in trust was €1,020,000. No significant financial transactions relating to the trust occurred during the reporting period. Operating expenses incurred in managing the trust’s affairs are recognised as the company’s own costs.
For the period ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
