| K Ziatabari is a director of Lochmore Investments Ltd, a company with which Lochmore Property Management Ltd trades. During the year a total of £89,711 was received in respect of property management fees and property consultancy fees in respect of the three freehold properties owned by Lochmore Investments Ltd which contain 12 flats. The fees were agreed on commercial terms. |
