Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentational currency of the financial statements is Pounds Sterling, being the functional currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest Pound.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Transactions with directors

At the balance sheet date the company was owed £62,758 (2024 £11,455) from a director in the form of an overdrawn directors loan account. The loan has no fixed repayment terms. Interest has been charged on the balance at the HMRC approved rate.
