The company runs a local cheerleading and dance school. During our third year of operation we have successfully continued our All-Star Cheerleading and Dance classes. This has enabled us to offer high level training in jazz, lyrical, pom dance, hip hop and cheerleading. Our classes are available to children and young people aged four up to adults and on average we taught 20-30 children/adults each week. We also expanded to offer monthly sessions for our adaptive abilities team (which consists of both disabled and nondisabled athletes) in order to give more opportunities to the local community, these involved 15-18 other athletes. The CIC opened for business in February 2022. During the financial year 2024-2025, the school's activities have benefited the community in the following ways: The school has been able to provide low cost, fun, professional and inclusive classes for all. Teaching not only physical skills but social skills and team work as well; The school has provided volunteer opportunities for local young people, giving them the chance to gain coaching experience and train as junior coaches and help support younger members of the school; We have provided teams for both disabled and non disabled athletes to compete at high standards nationally and internationally We took 3 teams to the world championships in Florida in April 2024 who won their divisions. Making our adaptive abilities teams the first ever UK teams to win a world championship title and were 3 x 2024 world champions - World Champions in adaptive ability Hip Hop, adaptive ability Pom and adaptive ability level 3 Cheerleading. We have created a safe place on inclusion, bringing together children and adults in the community, keeping them physically active; and We have provided elite dance and cheerleading team opportunities to both disabled and non-disabled athletes through our adaptive abilities teams/sessions.
