3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
At the reporting date a director had an overdrawn loan account. The amount owed to the company was £8,713 (2024: £6,388). The loan is unsecured, repayable on demand,and interest has been charged at a market rate.
For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
