Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company delivered a wide range of workshops and practical activities focused on employability, skills development, and personal growth for young people. These sessions provided positive, structured extracurricular opportunities where young people could build confidence, learn new skills, and engage in healthy peer interaction within a safe, supportive environment. By keeping young people actively involved in constructive learning and development, our work has continued to deter them from negative influences and pathways, including involvement in crime. In addition to skills training, we supported young people directly with learning materials and practical help towards equipment that improved their ability to study and complete coursework. This support reduced barriers for those who lacked the tools needed to progress in education or training. We also offered advice, guidance, and mentor pairing, giving young people consistent encouragement and trusted role models to help them navigate personal challenges and make informed decisions about their future. Through our community partnerships, we further promoted young people’s health and wellbeing by providing access to free gym memberships. This has helped participants improve their physical health, manage stress, and build positive routines that support their wider development. Overall, the company’s activities have benefited the community by strengthening young people’s education outcomes, supporting their wellbeing, and contributing to safer, more positive futures for local families and neighbourhoods.
