Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;

Advances

The Directors loan accounts) are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 June 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £35,250. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £697 and received repayments of £27,547 leaving a balance due from the directors of £8,400.

At 01 June 2023, the balance owed to the company £0. During the year £43,572 was advanced to the director and £8,322 was repaid by the director. At 31 May 2024, the balance owed by the director was £35,250.
