Employee numbers
During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 6 (2024: 8).
2.
Operating Lease commitments
As at 28 February 2025 the company had total commitments under non-cancellable operating leases over the remaining life of those leases of £17,255 (2024: £2,471).
3.
Directors guarantees
The director has provided a personal guarantee in relation to the operating lease commitments of the company. Under the guarantee the director has agreed to pay any monies owing under the lease agreement should the company fail to pay.
For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
