J Palmer, a shareholder of P1 Pitstop received monies during ther year to 31 August 2020 which was for 2 finders fees earned by P1 Pitstop Ltd. J Palmer owes P1 Pitstop Ltd £130,000 of this money which was still outstanding to the company at 28 February 2025.
