1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2024: 0).

TLS ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (09274479) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is Pinnacle House, 2-10 Rectory Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 2ND, England. The company is currently in the process of being wound up.

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
