The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 3 (previous period: 3).
Additional Disclosures
Going Concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 March 2025 the Company had net liabilities of £121,770 and net current liabilities of £24,981. Cash at bank was £0. Current borrowings totalled £41,884 and non-current borrowings £27,555. The Company’s borrowings comprise (i) an overdraft of £16,556, (ii) director loans of £11,008, (iii) a Bounce Back Loan (carrying amount £14,166) and loans from friends and family of £27,708. Since the year end, the Company has continued to manage its cashflow prudently, implement cost efficiencies, and consolidate operations. The Directors also have access to further funding facilities and support which can be drawn upon if required. Based on the forecasts prepared and the mitigating actions available, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The going concern basis of preparation has therefore been adopted.
