Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2024: 0).

2. Members’ guarantee

   The company is limited by guarantee of members and does not have a share capital. The liability of each member is limited to £1. The company has no income and expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents are held on trust for the residents.

WHITTLESEY GREEN MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED (09740498) is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is Unit 8, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FT, England.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with micro-entity provisions and with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime. The income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
