1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

1a. Basis Of Accounting

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .

1b. Going Concern

At the year end date the Company's liabilties exceeded its assets by £10,562. This is due to start up costs exceeding net income in the period. The directors are confident that this will reverse now that the Company is fully trading and the directors of Albus Environmental Limited have expressed a willingness to continue to fund the Company. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.

At the year end the Company owed £13,320 to Albus Environmental Limited, of which it is a 90% subsidiary. This is included in creditors, is repayable on demand and attracts no interest.
