Tangible Fixed Asset
The freehold property is the land on which the apartments of 15-18 Coniston Close, London, N20 stand. Long leases have been granted at a peppercorn rent to the shareholders who advanced the money to purchase the freehold interest.

Capital and Reserves
Capital and Reserves comprises £8 issued share capital, £29,230 share premium account arising on the purchase of the freehold property from funds provided by the shareholders and retained excess of income over expenditure of £

For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
