During this financial year we supported 2 youth groups through supporting them with setting up sign in and membership recording programmes to help with the management of the young peoples data. We also had the chance to take a group of young people to a media workshop to learn about using devices to take photos and record videos and how to edit the material using free to use software. The workshop helped the young people involved to develop their digital skills and communication skills both verbally and digitally.
We spoke to young people about the types of activities that they were interested in, that led to the development of the workshop and we hope to put more on in the future. We worked and consulted with different youth groups to see how we could support them to support the young people currently using their services.
