This year has proven to be a great success for the CIC and the local community. The CIC still continues to run 3 older adult classes in the local areas of Felixstowe, Hadleigh and Stowmarket , together with Chair Yoga classes in Hadleigh and Stowupland for older guests and those who are less mobile. We always aim to support the physical and wellbeing of all guests through dance, yoga and healthy exercise and ensure that the classes cater for all levels of mobility and those people with longer - term health requirements. We also provide new classes for toddlers and their adults at a local library which assists the development for all those involved through music, dance and stories. All classes have seen increases in attendances and we hope to provide more social time at all events with additional refreshments. We often complete surveys with all guests to ensure that we are able to improve class material and structures to ensure that all attendees feel better after each class and feel that they receive value for money during this harsh economic climate that affects people's well being so much.
Surveys are always undertaken with all class attendees to discover how we can improve class material and logistics and to seek and to evaluate the well being of all guests. We discuss how they found us, value for money of events, how their health has improved and what else they would like us to offer in future classes. We have a lot of older people attend our events which is essential for their well being and most people are satisfied with the services we provide and are happy with our fees which most guests indicate are very competitive and reasonable. 75% or more of our guests have indicated this to date. This ensures that we connect with the correct participants and are continuing to provide a valuable service in the local communities. We are always looking to discover new areas of work and will continue to build on these in future years to come. All grants received are carefully employed in the CIC to ensure that all core costs are met and to assist with administration costs, general office costs and to ensure that funds are available to support class staff. There have been no transfer of assets other than for full consideration.
Director's remuneration amounted to £9,578 for the year. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the director's remuneration or compensation for director's loss of office that require disclosing.
