Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity, and rounded to the nearest £1.

Going concern

The company had a deficiency of assets at the balance sheet date of £11,304 (2024: £12,598), and is dependent upon the continued support of its director.

The director has continued her assurances that she will provide sufficient further finance as may prove necessary to meet the company's working capital requirements for the foreseeable future.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
