These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the director entered into transactions with the company. At the year end, the director’s loan account was overdrawn by £712.88 (2023: £1,918.97 overdrawn). The loan is interest-free, unsecured, and repayable on demand. No guarantees were given in respect of the loan. No write-off or waiver of the loan occurred during the year.
