	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.

	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	There is a loan included in here from a related party Excalibur Investments and Holdings Ltd of which the Director of this company is a person with significant control. The balance as at 28th Feb 2025 was 38,682

6.	Related party transactions
	Excalibur Investments and Holdings Ltd have loaned Excalibur Investments and Holdings 2 Ltd funds in order to renovate the property owned through the Company. This loan is fully repayable but it has been agreed that no interest will be charged for the duration of this loan.
