The company runs zen meditation and training activities online for a global audience though primarily for those based in the UK and the rest of Europe. These activities include daily meditation and other zen-based activity classes such as vocal amplification, tai chi and Japanese flute. The company also runs twice yearly in-person intensive training weekends to support those people who are looking to further their zen training, reduce stress and find better techniques to build resilience and happiness. In addition, the company holds one-day events to introduce zen meditation and other meditative activities such as zen calligraphy, sound training, tai chi and japanese flute. The events are promoted to people in the local area, generally in the South West of England but people travel from further afield to take part as this type of zen-based training is not easy to find.
All of the activities undertaken by the organisation are arranged in consultation with existing members of the organisation to ensure that we are providing training that they find useful. We have an open Whatsapp group for our members to enable them to quickly provide feedback on our activities and where they can request additional training. After every in-person event, we email all participants to ask for their feedback on the activities provided to ensure we understand their needs and how future events can be improved.
