These accounts have been prepared on a break-up basis rather than a going concern basis, as the company ceased trading on 31/08/2025 following disposal of its investment property and the directors intend to apply for voluntary strike-off.

3. Related Party Debt Waivers

During the period, the following amounts owed by the Company were voluntarily waived and treated as capital contributions credited directly to equity:

Loan from Mr Philip Cosham, father of director Mr Richard Cosham: £50,000

Total debt waived: £105,212

All waivers have been formally documented and no amounts remain payable to these parties as at the balance sheet date.

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
