Additional Disclosures
During the year the company accrued expenses of £386,137 in respect of services provided by Webigence Limited, which is under common control through a shared director, Simon Wilkinson. This amount relates to support provided on the development of the Spark system, as well as operational, administrative and promotional support. They were invoiced by Webigence Limited in 2025, after the year end. These transactions were undertaken on an arm's length commercial basis. As at the year end, there was an amount of £79,270 was receivable from Webigence Limited.
