1. Accounting policies The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom. Depreciation: Computer equipment is depreciated on a straight-line basis over its estimated useful life. Turnover recognition: Turnover represents income earned during the year from the company’s activities and is recognised when receivable. 2. Fixed assets Cost of computer equipment: £875.56 Accumulated depreciation: £694.74 Net book value at 30 April 2025: £180.82 Depreciation charge for the year: £128.48 3. Share capital The company has issued share capital of £1.00, represented by one ordinary share of £1. 4.
