Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 28 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

The company attended local events set up to educate the public on the correct pathways to obtain a legal medical cannabis prescription. We spoke with patients who were interested in obtaining a prescription but needed help in following the correct procedures to stay on the right side of the law. This also included assisting with the laws around having a prescription in the workplace, Driving with a prescription and travelling abroad with a prescription.

Consultation with stakeholders

The companny's stakeholders are the Director and paticnts that have been assisted in helping them make a more informed decision on their medications. At the end of our assistance we ask the patients if there is anything with the service that needs to be adjusted to make the service more streamlined as many of the patients have lifelong disabilities. This helps the company be more inclusive to those who might need it most.
