Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Kodi Property Ltd For the year ended 30 September 2025 The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to micro-entities under FRS 105 and the Companies Act 2006. The company’s principal activity during the period was property letting and management. Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is provided on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful lives of the assets as follows: Buildings – 2% per annum Fixtures and fittings – 10% to 20% per annum At the balance sheet date, the company held a mortgage loan of £48,693, secured on company property. The directors’ loan account shows a balance of £56,481, which is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. The company had two directors and no employees during the year.
