| 2. | COMPANY | ACTIVITIES |
| The principle activities of the CCTV Data Compliance Inspectorate (" The inspectorate") in the year under review was to continue with extensive ongoing Research and Development programmes and projects in the public and private sectors in order to prepare for a move from voluntary to mandatory status in 2025 |
| The Inspectorate has continued to invest in significant CCTV and Video Surveillance activities by upgrading Training Courses,Certification and Compliance Documentation to a Digital Format available to the Criminal Justice System. |
| All training documentation meets the requirements of the Data Protection Acts (DPA) 1998 CCTV Code of Practice together with the current UK GDPR and DPA 2018 in accordance with UK Information Commissioners CCTV Guidelines. |
| Training Courses in England and Wales will be delivered separately by CCTV Licensing Services Ltd |
