The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 3 (previous period: 3).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At 1 April 2024 a director owed the company £40,334. During the year this director was advanced a further £115,317 and repaid £118,167. At 31 March 2025 this director owed the company £37,484. Interest of £875 has been charged on the loan using the HMRC official rate. The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand.
