The London Coaching Group CIC is a community group is dedicated to providing coaches with accessible and affordable opportunities to attend Events, develop excellence and network. The coaching community benefits by having increased knowledge, skills and develop their professional expertise - which benefits the wider community at large. Events offer the opportunity for low cost CPD without affiliation. Events are open to all coaches regardless of professional affiliation, experience and qualification level. Coaches often work independently and our events enable coaches to reduce their isolation and benefit from collective learning. This report outlines our activity, achievements and impact during the period 1st June 2024 to 31st May 2025. Following a number of years as an unincorporated local community support group, due to its popularity and, following the introduction of online events, increasing the breadth of stakeholder engagement from other areas of the UK and beyond, the volunteers running the group felt it appropriate to formalise the setup of the group as a community interest company for increased oversight and responsibility for future operations and success. During this period, the London Coaching Group CIC hosted a varied programme of events focussing on professional and personal development with topics relevant and emergent to the coaching community. Number of events: 13 Number of speakers: 13 Number of tickets sold: 492 Speakers: New to our community: 9 Returning: 3 Topics covered: Whole-self coaching Illuminating the shadows in team coaching Beyond creative tools: becoming a creative practitioner Introduction to systematic coaching and constellations Authentic business development for coaches Simplify and amplify Power of breathwork Coaching wellbeing across the lifespan Reflecting on reflective practice The arc of nearly everything Cultivating coaching readiness Master coach demonstration (x2)
Our stakeholders are: the directors, volunteers, event attendees, event speakers, accrediting bodies. An open dialogue is maintained with all stakeholders using monthly newsletters, event specific feedback, annual pulse survey and direct communications. We review all feedback and communications received to improve our provision to ensure we are meeting the needs of our stakeholders and these being representative of the wider coaching community.
