3	Holding company

	All set up costs up to 31 March 2025 have been settled by the holding company Jabhill Properties Limited. Jabhill Properties Limited, a UK registered entity whose registered office is situated at 17 Hurst Avenue, London, N6 5TX, is the immediate and ultimate holding company of the group and is the beneficial owner of 100% of the issued paid up share capital in the Company.
