Company activities and impact

During the financial year 2024–2025, Voices United for Change Consultancy has delivered the following community benefits: Mentoring support: Up to 10 children and young people at risk of, or affected by, contextual harm/exploitation have received short- and long-term mentoring. This support has helped them build resilience, confidence, and life skills, while also connecting them to wider services such as mental health and education, reducing their vulnerability and improving their prospects. Safeguarding training: Approximately 20 professionals, including social workers, teachers, and community practitioners, have engaged in our safeguarding training. This has strengthened their ability to recognise and respond to risks of exploitation, creating a more proactive and informed network of adults protecting vulnerable children and young people.
