The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company provided the director with an interest free loan of £88,055.75 (£73,245.65 - 2024) of which £71,350.89 (£72,276.77 - 2024) was repaid, with the residual credit £25,452.03 (£8,747.17 - 2024) outstanding at the year end, which is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets.
