These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to micro-entities under Financial Reporting Standard 105 (FRS 105): The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
In the previous financial year, the financial statements were prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A. The change has been made because the company now qualifies as a micro-entity and has opted to apply the simplified reporting framework available under FRS 105.
