The Company is a mediation and training provider which helps people in dispute. During the financial year 2025 referrals have been made by housing associations to work with their tenants and other related parties. Communities and individuals have benefited from this service in the following ways; Conflicts between neighbours and affected parties have been resolved; tensions have been relieved; mediation has improved health and wellbeing; communities have been empowered to tackle and resolve conflict; feeling of inclusion; improved community cohesion; members of the community have been trained as volunteers within the organisation and are now fully trained mediators with new skills.
The Companies Stakeholders are the referrers and those being referred along with community volunteers. the Directors of the Company have over 20 years experience. We regularly ask for feedback from our Stakeholders on both positive and negative areas and seek to improve accordingly. All feedback received is communicated throughout the organisation and to our Stakeholders to help improve our services and the Housing Associations related.
Director remuneration paid within the financial year 2025 fro qualifying services was £65,000. No other transactions or arrangements were made in connection with Director's remuneration, compensation or loss of office.
