1.	Company information

Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of the company's registered office is Ground Floor, 45 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JG.
The principal activity of the company is acting as a corporate partner in Na Makani EHA LLP; the company has been dormant since incorporation and has not otherwise traded or undertaken any business activity.

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
