| During prior periods the company omitted to include transactions relating to maintenance of the amenity lands. Since the company owns the freehold of the amenity lands, it is both responsible for, and the beneficiary of, this maintenance. These transactions should therefore be included in the company's financial statements and the comparatives have been restated accordingly. As a result the company now reports reserves of £3,945 as at 31 March 2024 (previously reported £nil). |
