The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
During the preparation of the current year's financial statements, it was identified that investments in subsidiary undertakings had been inadvertently omitted from the prior period's financial statements. These investments have now been correctly recognised in the current financial statements. The investments comprise: a £10 investment (50% of the share capital) in Tunedgpt Limited, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom and a £5.98 investment (99.80% of the share capital) in Brainpool AI Inc, a private limited company registered in Canada. Management assessed the effect of this omission on the prior period's financial position and performance and concluded that it was not material. Accordingly, the comparative figures have not been restated.
