In the financial year, the company has provided healthcare advice and services to all GP practices, Primary care networks (PCNs), the Walk-in centre and the Council in Milton Keynes. The impact of the work has bene seen in improved efficiency of the services provided to patients by all the GP practices in the city, regular training of clinical and non-clinical staff, administering training opportunities for doctors training to become GPs and also providing a forum for sharing best practice and learning across health organisations in the city.
There has not been any consultation with the public. Our stakeholders are NHS organisations: Primary care networks, the urgent care service provider and Milton Keynes council.
Wages and directors renumeration are included in the accounts There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed
